If you're living like me in an other country than the USA it's impossible to watch the Community webisodes or the videos on Hulu for example.

Here you can find an application who create a false ip and the website like Hulu see you as a US resident.

It's called Hotspot Shield and it work very well : http://www.hotspotshield.com/
